I wanted one of those in the worst way when they came out (and that predated the Fast and Furious movies...)

Retrofits are your best bet. I run 35w bulbs and ballasts, but you can upgrade to 55w bulbs and ballasts. I got all my parts from The Retrofit Source. Just finished up a set on my buddy's Silverado as well. He loves how much brighter they arw than stock or spyder headlights.

But for off road only? I’d get a Rigid RDS bar, all hyperspots and they’d blow those retrofits away! Retros are the best for on road, but once you remove legality, I think you can do much better with lighting. Just my $0.02

Yes I would agree, however it sounded like he meant actual headlights in the truck. Now if it was up for whatever lights, depends on what kind of wheeling you do as to what to run. HID lights throw light further, LED can be brighter at close range

As another stated proper retrofits are you best bet.

I was so busy on Saturday that I didn't have time to post this but I just wanted to say how proud of my son I am. On Saturday my son's team got second place in his basketball league and he played very well.

Also, last week you guys were all posting your shifters or shift patterns. I just wanted to show you guys what I've been shifting lately

Just so everyone knows I no longer work for LKQ. I hated that company! They are terrible to work for. So for the last couple of weeks I've been attending a driving school to get my CDL license. I'm liking it a lot!

No it doesn't run. It's a complete car except for the cylinder head, it was gone.

Tons of aftermarket parts on it. A complete aftermarket cat back exhaust, new adjustable coilovers, brand new drilled and slotted rotors etc. Also tons of other good parts

Congrats on making your self happy. Sucks to wake up every day to go make someone else rich while your miserable. Been there done that, almost didn’t end well, but’s it well now that it ended. I make way less $$$ now, but way more :):):).
@Chasespeed, I wanted to respond to your post the other day, just couldn’t type what I wanted to say, my response to Rob is pretty much what I wanted to say to you as well. Don’t be :boom:, I was there, not good.

Neat. Make sure that's the first thing that gets yelled after it's running

Congrats, minus the part about losing the hookup for discounted used parts when I break my pile. Are you going to go fill on long haul, or just local

Congrats man! Good time to make a move, everyone is hiring. Kudos to being a truck driver, I think it must be a real tough job. I don't even like my commute home because there are so many fools on the roads these days!

When you're a driving professional it's no sweat, the 4 wheelers seriously pull some dumbass moves. The views are awesome if you know what I mean, especially in the summer time ;)
