$6.07 per foot for 1.75x.0.120 DOM seem like a reasonable price to anyone that bought steel recently? I’m used to HREW being about half that and getting ready to order up for the cage

I paid 5.90 a foot for the same stuff in the beginning of December here in Socal

 

First roll cage I did in 2008 ish I paid $2ft for 1.75 1.20 wall DOM

Dropped the truck onto its own weight last night to set the pinion angle. DMZ springs are SUPER soft. Definitely have bro lean status...

 

You can get an add a leaf from deaver if you have a lot of weight. That’s what I did.

 

How much weight are you carrying? You went SUA yeah?

 

The scary thing is that is with a pretty light load. Just a tube rear bumper, and a couple hundred pounds in the bed to simulate a spare tire and recovery gear. I already reached out to Deaver about an extra leaf.

 

Maybe my front is just set to high. I always had significant rake with soa

 

Every sprig under truck always sits so low from what i see. I had to upgrade my leaf pack to +5” lift

Long time ago, it was a good deal I got through a shop, bought like 1000 ft of it to stock up haha
