For those of you with iPhone XS/XS max, do you have LTE issues? I recently upgraded to the XS max about one month ago and I did notice that the WiFi was slower than my old 8 Plus, not a big deal. 31 days into my new phone though, the LTE is acting up. It’s incredibly slow and sometimes doesn’t even load anything. I have to turn it off and use 3G to be able to use data. Anyone else run into any issues like this? I’ve read it’s the hardware change and have tried resetting the network, airplane mode, turning data on and off and what not but no success. Maybe one you that’s has this issue has figured out a way around it.

I had the same issue when I first got one last year also it wouldn’t charge if I plugged it in an screen was off. Had to unlock the phone an it would start, wireless charging no issues.
I finally returned it an went with 8 plus.

I had an 8 Plus and still have it currently, maybe I can switch back if the issues continue. Only issue is I’m past the 14 day return period so we’ll see how it goes. This will probably be the last Apple product I purchase, absolute garbage. Thanks for the help though! Much appreciated.

Isn't there a 1 yr warranty through Apple on them?

There is, but I haven’t found anything saying people are successfully returning their iPhone XS’s because of this LTE issue. Apple hasn’t even publicly addressed it and the issue has been around since launch back in October. I figured I’d be safe to get one a couple months after but my phone is useless unless I’m on WiFi now. I’ll be calling Apple to see what they can do.

Found this article. Just thought I’d let you know. Sounds like it’s just an issue with the software, so essentially nothing can be done until Apple gets their s*** together and thoroughly fixes the issues with their iOS.
Will hold off on calling as I’ll get nowhere if there isn’t a fix for it.
