    I had an 07 DCLB and never found that long, or ever thought it looked long. You very rarely ever see a short bed 2nd Gen where I’m at in Canada, honestly didn’t even know there were different bed lengths available till I got on this forum. And there is only 2 3rd Gen short beds I’ve seen around here so far, lots of long beds though. I just got my 3rd Gen DCLB and never even thought of going short bed at the time, only ever wish I got a short bed is when I’m on this forum looking at guys rigs. I just try and stick to the pictures in this thread now haha. I wish the long beds were more popular on here!

    Seen that video before. So badass. I love seeing people say you can’t have fun in a long bed. The DCLB is still smaller than a tundra, which lots of people off-road in.

    It’s true! It’s really not that much longer, and I know myself the long bed will never limit me for the off roading I will be doing. Where I live (Canadian Maritimes) you very rarely ever see a short bed, maybe 1 short for every 10 long you see. The dealer in our capital city doesn’t even bring short beds in unless someone orders one.
