i have a 2006 off road Tacoma, I was leaking gear lube from the driver side where the cv axle goes into the front diff, so I replaced the seal and replaced the cv axle, well the cv axle is still loose and it still leaks and the 4x4 doesn’t works anyone got an idea or point me in the right direction at least

Sounds like two separate issues to me. On the leak, I'm guessing you drove the seal in too far. For the drivers side, the FSM specs is flush with the differential (-0.0177 to 0.0177 in.)

For the 4x4 issue, your best bet is to jack the truck up i the air and put it in 4x4 and see what's spinning. If your front driveshaft spins, then it's not your transfer case and likely the front ADD setup.
