    I've got a 2011 and a 2006. I know the issue on the 2006 with the burnt resistor and only working on high. That said, I just took a 10 hour drive in the 2011 and the blower has quit on all settings. Not getting anything. Looking at the plug and moving it doesn't do anything unlike the 2006.
    Any help? All the posts I'm reading talk about the 2006 issue with it working on high.

    Great link. Thank you. Should I replace blower motor as well? I did hear some crackling as I was driving but couldn't place the sound! The return trip for 10 hours should be fun.

    I would if I were you. Some have suggested that the reason the connectors cook is because the old worn motor has a higher current draw. Maybe, maybe not. Regardless, if the motor harness connector is cooked, the terminals in the motor are cooked as well.

    Well, I was messing with it in the parking garage and I could not get the two wire plug out. But rocking it back and forth and then tapping the very bottom of the motor caused it to come on.
    New motor? Manipulating the wires didn't really do anything. The other plugs including the large flat one showed no issues.

    The connector is probably melted and bonded itself to the motor connection. Yes you very well may need a new motor also.

    Not. what I prefer to hear but also not unexpected. Hopefully not too difficult of a job. Is an OEM motor a necessity or aftermarket ok? Thank you to all in advance especially with al the questions!

    Maybe too late and maybe you've already checked but check that your cabin air filter hasn't collapsed down onto the blower motor fan blades. That is what happened to me a few years ago when my blower quit working out of nowhere. Simply removed the filter and replaced with a new one and it was good as new.

    Aftermarket is definitely cheaper but some things need factory pieces.
    I have not checked the cabin air filter, on the
    List!
