That isn’t new. They aren’t people and if a corporation with an army of tax lawyers doesn’t have to pay taxes they won’t. If I could avoid taxes I would.

I wouldn’t blame them it’s our ridiculous tax law that needs reformation.

    I vote a flat tax.

I filed mine since I was getting a good amount back but I set it up that way. Plus having that third kid helps get that extra 2k.

I read there wasn’t a child deduction anymore... is that not the case?

Please say that’s not the case.

I also just had my third kid this year and I didn’t adjust my withholdings.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Thankfully there wasn't any bad weather on my drive. Made it back safe and sound... Averaged about 15mpg in the tundra going across the world... Could have been worse I suppose.

Speaking of taxes, I didn't pay a dime last year (was in a tax free combat some). Plus 2 kids and paid property taxes on a house. Should be interesting to see how much I'll get back I didn't pay. (Taxation is theft)

I'm liking the sound of that. But i always seem to find ways to write off enough to not owe more then ive paid already.
The only down side to a flat tax as they will slowly keep increasing it, just like they do with everything else.
If you end up owing tax at end of yr you need to learn how to write more off, or start having kids, buying property,or starting a buisness even if its just on paper.

This is not how you save money...haha

My single friends always get jealous when I tell them I got 2k per kid back. I kindly remind them I spent 5-10k per kid over the year.

I know a lot of people frown on it, but I set mine up to get a good return. Helps pay off bills, set up vacation funds and general funds. Otherwise I don’t notice the difference in my paycheck and just use it on frivolous things. Once the wife starts working I’ll probably adjust since we could do that with her and monthly income but for now I like getting my return.

The flat tax will never happen, people freak when the hear it. Even at 10% flat tax most people would be better of. If you make 50k, pay your 5k and clear the rest. Fairtax.org has a lot of info. Heard the founder on gil gross years ago and the way he broke it down was great.

Had those on my old truck, love that color. Been debating what style/color to go with next. Too many good options, although I’m intrigued by the Stealth 6 V2 coming out.

5 to 10 is putting it lightly. I stopped at one cause i just wanted to make sure i did better for my son then the life I had. But there is ways to pay less taxes it just means you spend more on things that are a write off. Like tools if your job requires them. if your a desk jokey and rent then, buy a home, or start a home business, write off all kinds of shit. you may spend some of that money already your just not writing it off. like laptops, new office furniture. travel expenses.
Im a travel agent, I make 0 dollars at but yet I get to deduct all kinds of shit.
Who need a travel agent now days. nobody. But if you do I got deals.
There is my plug for the yr.
Im going to write this time off today. as advertising. Boom!:oldglory:
