I'm on 37x12.5 stt pros. Wheels are level 8 mk6 17x9 I think -10mm offset. I also running 1.25 inch wheel spacers on all 4 reason for wheel spacers is to run chains in the front wiithou hitting my uca.

I removed my fender liners on all 4 and trimmed the actual fender about 1 inch away from where your stock flares goes on to. And then I trimmed my flares to match it. I just used zip ties to hold them on. I originally got new clips for them but they broke. The zip ties hold up really well.

I ended up getting a Hilux 167 snorkel for since since no fender liners. Kept on kicking up dirt and rocks into my filter. The whole snorkel and everything costed me under $200 all said and done.

I hammered back my pinch well and the whole inside as far back as I can. Also hammer vack more then just pinch weld as you can tell in some of my pictur s. I chopped off my cab mount as far back as I could also.

Also once you trim the flares. Put trim lock edge on it. It'll cover up the edges and gives it a cleaner look. Plus cover up most of imperfections of the cuts.

How did you do this? I think all I can do is my 285/70R16s which are the same height as 265s... Unless there's some secret:spy:

You didn’t trim anything and your getting no rub?

I’m running the same size tires as you but I had slight rubbing so I cut out about 2” on the inner fender. I still rub when wheeling and at an angle. I think it’s because my stock shocks are shot so my trucks “sagging” lmao. Since I need new shocks I’m planning on lifting the truck 2.5-3” at the same time. Waiting for dealer to replace my leaf springs and propeller shaft/u joints for recall and then gonna change out shocks/lift.

No rub or modification to cab mount. I had to slightly trim the lower part of the flare and heat gun the black liner.
