Brought my truck to Toyota for 40k service... brought it home, parked it then for the first time since I've owned the truck it wouldn't start...it finally started with some throttle however it's not running right at all. I dont really know how to describe it besides saying it's not running at full power... almost seems like the vvt-i isn't working or something?! I'm just curious if anyone has any insight ... it goes back to the dealer tomorrow

1- Debris in the intake from a careless filter check or change.
    2- Rodent damage

Just two shots in the dark, but I've had both happen, and under your circumstances.
The debris put the truck in limp mode, but it did happen almost immediately leaving the dealership.
I've had rodents clip crucial wires on two occasions.

I always vote CKP/CPS in these weird issue threads. Or battery.

Not sure what either of those are haha I have a pretty good understanding of the workings of a vehicle just learning all this technical lingo...

Definitely sounds like its clogged up ... I almost thought the cat was jammed up but exhaust side is fine... has to be in the intake
