Mid sizes are as expensive as full sized now. Got my off-road4x4 before TTL at 31.5 but had to go to a different state as for a off-road here all the dealers I contacted wanted 40k

What exactly are they going to get right this time? California is deteriorating fast!!!

It seems like the state wants to continue on it's past course.

    Oh, they won't.

But they are convinced that the only reason it didn't work previously was because they themselves weren't in charge.

So they'll go somewhere new and "fix" things there.

You underestimate their ability to point out blame in others when it truly rests solely with themselves...

That's true!!! Very sad but true. When they're forever the victim, it just becomes second nature after a while.

Sat in the new Ranger at the Chicago autoshow this past weekend. Was not impressed at all. It felt nothing like a truck, the cab felt completely like a sedan. Everything on the interior was small and felt car like- I did not like it compared to my tacoma.

Must say though out of all the manufacturers there I was most impressed with Ford this year. The new Explorer and the new F150's are the best vehicles being made right now in my opinion.

A few weeks ago I had a Camaro SS for a rental. Hated it.

It was fast but had terrible ergonomics and just felt "cheap"

The week after that I had a new 2019 Mustang GT for a rental. It was GREAT.

Light years better than the Camaro, at least to me.

This week I have a Mercedes Benz SLC300 roadster.

While it is a VERY nice car, I would take the Mustang GT over it in a heartbeat.

Ford is getting some things very right lately.

    Lotsa shit.
crazy, I remember when we went and picked up our 2002 7.3 PowerStroke 4x4 F-350 CCSB Lariat off the lot for a sticker of 42k. That sure was a hell of a lot more of a truck than an all plastic turbo'ed 4 banger compact pickup truck. Maybe just maybe if 42k got you straight axles, a diesel and leather I'd be down haha. Inflation sucks, doesn't it?
