Received thanks, tune files will be sent today.

Regarding SC trucks interested in tuning.
We have 4x older version handhelds. They are open box returns from NA ecus that they didn't work on. Perfectly functional, will work on any SC ecu,
They are open box, and not the HD screens.
If anyone is interest we have them at $380 each.
They are open / outside of original packaging.

So if you sold a little device like that which could hook up to my truck and flash it without all this downloading crap it would be amazing. Make it read the ECU and then only work with that truck so that you make sure 1 device isnt tuning everybody on the block. Then if you have other upgrades to that tune you can either plug it into your computer and load the new tune options into it, or load the tunes up to a micro usb card and plug that card into the device.

    My shit is all stock.
    Hey Mat @OVTune

After much wrestling with the windows antivirus BS on my laptop; I think what I emailed you is what you were needing. It's a screengrab of the tuner suite login with the "fingerprint" number.
My computer sure seemed to think that was a nasty file that I downloaded. I finally had to completely turn off the anti virus stuff to get it to work.

@OVTune, there are a few of us now running smaller pulleys on our SC’s with larger throttle bodies, headers, etc. and we’re now exceeding the TRD tune for the ecu at 322 g/s. Will the any of the OV products account for this and allow the ecu to go beyond 322 g/s?

Ultimately depends. I'll some log data from a truck that is maxing out the MAF.
    Depends on :
    1. Is it a ecu hard limit (unlikely)
    2. Hitting max voltage (likely).

If it's just maxing out the voltage, fix is simple. Larger diameter intake / maf tube and resale the maf table in the ecu to match.

I do know that the stock maf curve doesn't have a whole lot more room up top from stock. There is some but can't do more than about 130 percent I'd say. Limit of byte size

If it's a hard limit in the ecu, a lot harder to fix. Easier way would be larger injectors, resale injectors and adjust maf load comps

Grams per second mass air flow. The maf sensor tops out at that number due to the ecu program and things would work better if the maf range was improved

I believe it's maxing out the voltage but not 100% on that.

I think it's an issue with the ecu because the UCON guys like @Roostfactor can see MAF readings well above 322. To me it seems it's the tables on the TRD tune aren't large enough to read past 322. The MAF sensor seems like it's not the issue here but I could be wrong.

@OVTune Hi Mat, I emailed you about the System ID changing with the Windows 10 version updates. Has there been any updates on what needs to be done, so I can do the identify part of p5flash, so a tune can be delivered?

I think most of us with the P0103 CEL are running TRD tune, 255lph fuel pump, fpr mod, and something smaller than 2.7” pulley. I’m running a 2.5”. I have thought that a larger fuel pump and larger injectors with no fpr mod would be easier to control. However, that doesn’t address the increased airflow. With the original 3” pulley max SC speed was a little less than 12k. 2.5” gets you over 14k. There is clearly more mass air flow. I’m gathering you haven’t run across this issue. Would iotech handle this?

Does this include the V2 tune for 4.0L supercharged? Will your new supercharge tune be compatible if I add a 7th injector?

Whats the difference between using the handheld versus direct from my laptop? It's still a bargain buying this handheld correct?
