I would have to drive to Houston anyway to get it done, almost halfway to San Antonio. May as well invest another couple of hours of driving and get it done by the best at Xpel's corporate office install shop. In reading up on clear coatings the one re-occurring theme that I keep coming across is that you should choose your installer first, then the coating. I'm pretty sure that Xpel in San Antonio is the place where the best of both converge. Half way across Texas. Road Trip Time!

    Do it once.
    Do it right.
Do it right the first time.
Because, when are you ever going to have time to do it over again the second time?

Awesome work by the guys and girls at Expel. Super nice people. Nice place too. Brand new facility, and clean as a surgical suite. Exceptional eye to detail. Everything they did looks like Roger Penske was looking over their shoulder the whole time. True perfectionists! I drove up and parked across from a brand new Ferrari 488 Pista. Now THOSE are the rear disc brakes we should have. Try as I might I couldn't get anyone to cough up the keys for a quick joyride. It would have been worth it.

And I would have driven it away too, but I'd have brought it back.
