    No man. Said my gas cap failed and they couldnt do it with my exhaust tip i have on its big and oval. I said two years ago they put fans on and caught the exhaust with something but said they don't do that anymore. Needs to be behind the axle too but he said it could be a hasty thing just so they can get a good reading and that it doesn't fall off.

    Is there a reliable way to benchtest a wastegate? I have a 4.5 psi spring in it currently. It takes about 10psi to completely open using an air compressor. I'm assuming when it's installed the exhaust pressure will aid in opening it so the opening pressure will be less. Is there a rough ratio this should be? In my case almost 2:1.

    Thinking about it now I guess I should pay more attention to when it starts to open which was around 6psi. If it was completely open there would be no way to regulate pressure. Am I right in this thinking?

    Looking at your second video, it looks like the valve is missing a seat at the bottom of the wastegate. In that area on the Tial wastegate, there is a valve seat which keeps it more stationary than what you were able to move yours.

    I have never personally used a precision wastegate before, so take that for what you will. Without being able to look at it more closely than the video, extrapolating with what I see, exhaust gases are going to bypass around the valve even before it is pressured to open.

    If it's not related to the seat, then it's something with the metal portion of the diaphragm.

    Looking at the parts diagram it looks like I'm most definitely missing the "valve seat".

    The wife is bringing some regular gas in hopes that it already goes on the rich side of things... Any thoughts? Fuel pump/filter? Only have like 10k miles on them but I guess they can go bad at any time

    Vacuum leak from hose or something? Cracked exhaust prior to sensors?

    Maybe... But it just turns over now... Wont hit a lick like its out of gas... (Should have 8 gals or so but gauge is broken so who knows...)
