What are these? Engine Fender Seals?

Hello all! I just upgraded to McNiel Fenders on the front of my 2017 Tacoma. But, I am missing the plastic seal that fills the gap between the fender and the engine bay. So currently I'm getting a bunch of dirt up in my engine bay.

I need to buy some, but i dont know what they are called or where to buy them. Does anybody make aftermarket ones? Or just OEM

Inner fender wells or skirts.

 

Toyota calls them Fender Ledge Covers.

 

its about $60 for a pair of these things

Any ideas for DIY or aftermarket way to seal that space?

 

Maybe work with this guy to create a similar product for the engine bay. However, I don't picture it being much cheaper than the factory $60.
