    All of my NGK Iridium IX's have been pre-gapped perfectly. I also chose them for that reason.

    I’m going to show my ignorance here, but I’m learning things. I know that the Icon expands the capability of the ECU to read expanded airflows. Do we yet know if the IOtech from OV does this. If I go WFO for any decent amount of time now, I throw a PO103 which is high mass air flow. That makes perfect sense to me. I go past the 322 g/s and that’s the max capacity of the stock ecu.

    My shit is all stock.
    Ucon will not expand ecu capabilities. It can only modify signals going in and coming out of the ecu. So, if you hit the ceiling of the stock ECU's mapping, you would need to then augment the outputs to work with the higher airflow numbers.

    I'm thinking that putting the AFM into a slightly larger tube and then re-mapping on the dyno would work just fine with a tunable setup like the IOtech. Overall numbers would be lower, but with more actual airflow.

    There was also talk of eliminating the AFM altogether and using a GM MAP sensor feeding a compatible signal to the AFM channel and then re-map based on that. Which IMO would be a better way.

    OV says has the capability to patch the ecu with larger tables than the TRD tune provides but I wouldn't put my money on it actually happening with only a handful of us supercharged 2nd gens wanting it

    Anyone tried a tundra mass air flow? Or maybe a mafcal? I don’t really understand how the mafcal works but there’s gotta be a way to play with it.

    I had a maf cal at one point. Installed, truck ran terrible if you accelerated with more than 1/10th throttle. Software and cable was missing from the box. Called gadget and was basically told sorry, find a tuner that can look at it. Pulled it off the truck after being installed for 5min and it sat in my garage for 2 years while I tried to sell it. Price drop after price drop it finally sold last year for $80 shipped at a $170 loss

    When the P0103 is set, does the truck still run fine, but with a CEL? Or is there some other symptom that occurs?

    FWIW plug gaps should be slightly smaller for the meth burners out there. Had a dry, cold day for a change here this morning. Made a wot punch from 40 to 80 and was very impressed. Want to give a big thanks to all of you guys for your tips, feedback, and everything else. This truck rips. Couldn't have it without y'all!
