2015 Tacoma

I installed a pioneer 4200 NEX in my 2015 Tacoma. I like it well enough, but the image and function on the backup camera was considerably better on the factory head unit.
The pioneer image is slow to turn on. The picture is grainy, and there is a big warning obscuring the top of the scree. It also takes too long to come on after putting the truck in reverse.

Does anyone have suggestions for a better unit?
