Steering noise

2012 tacoma prerunner double cab

so I have searched here and google numerous times. I am having this issue with my truck that randomly happens. When I turn my wheel to the left it makes a popping noise from the front end. The dealership replaced the intermittent shaft thinking that was it. Problem is I can’t always get it to do it. And it only pops when the wheel is first turned to the left. I tried posting a video but it would not let me. I would be glad to send the video to anyone who wants to help. Thanks in advance
