    Congrats. Time to spend some serious cash and get what you want in a kitchen. Embellishments will become your best friend.

    ***EDIT***
    We redid the kitchen 3 years ago and went with semi custom cabinets. Is it a little more expensive, yes, but it is so worth the extra cost. The cost spread out over 20 to 25 years is not that bad. LOL. I assume that you will be the GC for the job so have fun. At 66 YO I was too old to be doing the actual work and hired a GC I could trust. Best move I ever made. 2 weeks into the buildout I herniated a disc in my lower back. The pain was tremendous.
