I got my memeber ship for the duacell ultra agm deep cycle marine battery. Got it for 40 cheaper, so it paid for the membership. Now we use it all the time.

Which one did you go with?

Are the bfgs as good a tire as everyone says? I’ve got it narrowed down to the falken at3, general tire ATX, and now the BFG ATs. All of them are right at 60lbs. And will be within $50 total installed (<$800)

Was at Bucks Pocket right before the teens tried driving across. So sad what happened.

Check my build page. It’s the custom radio harness that also allows for the front camera.

Like Rob posted. 3 teens in a Jeep tried crossing the bridge. 2 were found last night holding onto a tree. They called off the search for the 3rd today.

They closed the main campground and the primitive area due to lack of funds. I still go rappelling up there a good bit. And I know the code to the gate to still go down to the primitive area ;)

Is it still rough? I up and down that road many times during the spring to catch the hybrids when they would spawn. We'd camp down at the bottom and at the time, road there was pretty rough and you needed something with decent ground clearance to get there. So it's gated now eh? Can you still drive your truck down there still? Wife and I want to go back when weather is good to fish again!

Got my alignment tab gussets installed tonight. We’ll see how the truck feels after an alignment. Hopefully my tire roar is gone now. 6104D68D-53E6-45B5-94E5-8C7317A3CA5C.jpg

Not as rough as it was 10-15 years ago. But getting back close to it. I’ve only had to put it in 4wd a few times recently when it’s wet. Could organize a “secret camp out” down there sometime this spring.

That would be awesome! When the dogwoods are blooming, the hybrids and yellow bass are spawning and we catch hundreds of them. Ultra fun on ultra lite tackle! My buddy is a retired Dekalb county sheriff and lives right off of 75 there in Fyffe. We used to kayak fish down there at the mouth of south sauty.

Be careful of Sams and Walmart tires. I was looking for Goodyear eagles for my Dakota. They were cheaper at Sams and Walmart. Started looking at the specs and they had lower heat, grip ratings then the eagles at other retailers. That was 10 years ago, so double check is all.
