I just got some Firestone RideRite 2407 for my 3rd gen Tacoma and I'm a little confused on the installation process. Is there drilling required for the top bracket?

There's a large 3/4 bolt that needs to go through the frame, but no existing hole. I hear it's a "no-drill" kit so I was searching to confirm, but I can't find direct answers for the 3rd gen. I can only confirm 2nd gen is a "no-drill" kit.
