I'm in the market for a 30" light bar for the lower bumper mount (debating between Rago or Cali Raised) and am wanting a blackout light bar to keep the more stealth look since the truck is stock and I don't plan on doing much more. Just want to keep it as factory as possible.

I'm looking at two options, the KC Hilites or Rough Country. I know Rigid makes a similar product but I'm trying to be budget conscious.

    These are the two lights:

I'd love to know everyones feedback and/or suggestions on the two products.

I'm a huge rigid fan, but I went with a westin stealth p/n 09-12212-60c for the more budget friendly! I haven't got it installed yet, but it'll be on the front bumper! My experience with light bars are you get what you pay for, if you're mounting them over head it's better to spend the money, if you're mounting them low & out front the cheaper bars are just as good unless you're entering the baja!

I would like to add that I had a 30" KC bar on my rock crawler & it was a nice light, very bright, no complaints!

Definitely recommend KC over anything rough country. Have a few KC and rigid pods on my truck and the quality is very comparable.
