I know this has been covered, but I just did this mod today. Toyota online parts website sells parts through McGeorge Toyota. Part cost was 119 dollars and change and I added Priority shipping for a total of around 137 dollars.

Note 1: Those little white plugs on the switch have a small tab to push and they release super easy.

Note 2: This one is important - use a 50 cent paint can lid opener - it is small, and it fits perfectly with a slight lever action under the tab, the old wiper unit slides out with hardly any pulling force.
