    Clean them up, probably a new clear coat since these are scratched up.

    Who originally made them? Was it one of the retrofit vendors on here? If so, care to share who? May be interested if they were done right and have potential to be quality work.

    No, it was done by another guy not from tw. I bought them but I found some oem ones for cheap and plan on doing my own retrofit to my personal preference
