Looks fantastic. My family loves pork tenderloin, but I’ve never smoked one. How long and at what temp for and average tenderloin?

Damn kettle was here and there with temps. Tenderness not quite there. :annoyed:

All this food makes me hungry.

I cooked a 9 lb pork butt yesterday. Got it started for a few hours on the Camp Chef pursuit pellet grill let it go while we went riding in the snow just N of Phoenix AZ for a few hours. Came back and finished it off. It smoked for 14 hours and had an internal temperature of 204 when I took it off and triple wrapped in foil. It was delicious.

Just rubbed with mustard and Camp Chef dry rub then occasional spritz with apple cider vinegar. Temp was 250 to 300.

Mouthwatering delicious. Love the bark plus super tender inside.

Just took a couple of London Broils out of the freezer for tomorrow. Going to PF Rub them and then smoke for a while before finishing over high heat. Will them be chopped up for some BBQ sammies.

First butt, came out great for the maiden butt voyage :anonymous:

mustard binder, S & P & bbq rub. injected with apple juice.

    7.5 pounder, cooked for 10 hours at 250-275 +/-

IT's were 195-202 when I pulled out, depending on where I poked her

Which Nitrile gloves are y'all using? I'm looking for some thicker ones that don't tear as easy to wear over cotton liners. endless choices on the web and reviews are all over the place. @bvbull200 , @Bigdaddy4760

I use forks to pull my pork. I find it gives a more consistent product.

For rubbing my meat and putting/pulling it from the smoker I use the ones from costco.
