Should'nt judges be held accountable for perjury? I guess not if you are a Supreme Court Justice. Wonder what Kagan will do? Being appointed by Obama, I'm not encouraged.

 

Kagan and Sotomeyer have both said the same thing when asked about 2a. I paraphrase: I believe in following the laws as they are set now.
I'll get their actual quote when I have a chance.
We know what Sotomeyer believes now, what makes you think Kagan will be any differant? Obama is a gun hater. He may not pass legislation against it since he knows the supreme court is where the power is.

 

I think her job description as a member of the SC is to make sure all laws made by the Legislative body does not contradict the US Constitution. Sadly they thought that it is their duty to interpret these laws based on their "personal feelings".

Now Kegan (has she been confirmed yet?) will show her true colors one of these days and it won't be pretty for our Constitution.

Unfortunately liberals can't get their head out of their posterior orifice hence their mouths spouts foul fecal matter.

 

Luckily for us, she's replacing a liberal and not a god fearing, logical, rational person.

 

It doesnt matter WHAT goes on in this administration...it's ALL a sham and covered up... This admimistration is TRULY deviding the country and the Dem adgenda is getting OUT of HAND !!

THey go around the law, NO accountability!!!

Guess why Blago didnt testify @ his own trial....he'll do some time and Barry will get him a job later...
