Anyone getting a whining sound right before upshifting in to the next gear? I get this when its 32 degrees or lower outside. It doesn't matter if the truck is cold or operating temperature. I can also feather the pedal in park and replicate the sound. I know this sounds funny but it sounds an owl (who sound) in between shifting or in park feathering the pedal. I was thinking may be something with the air pump? Any suggestions guys?
