"S" Mode with ECT vs. Shift Sense

2018 Tacoma SR

I always keep my 2018 V6 in "S" mode with the ECT on, makes the shift points better and more fun to drive. Will installing Shift Sense Pro make the shift points any better than what I'm currently doing? I know it keeps each gear in a higher RPM before shifting up so you have more kick, but the ECT does the same.. so is it worth the $179?
