Ok, so i grabbed a caliper today and measured my carrier bearing spacer setup. It is 11mm total. Its the OME FK29 (or whichever number). And I also added a thick washer to get some more height (3mm).

I measured the new one that i bought just so id have matching bolts, and its 8mm. I was reading someone else's build, and they used some 1x1" tube to make a spacer.

I think ill test that out before i replace the carrier bearing. It didnt have much play, which i hope means it's still good.. now to make a 13-15mm thick spacer, instead of stacking washers  to fix my take off vibes.

Man, i love making little projects to my ever growing list of stuff to do

Maybe I missed it... When are you vibrating?? Why'd you figured it's a CB issue?
Not trying to be a dick, just curious

From 0-5mph i have a slight vibration. Usually due to the lift. Most people try to space out the driveshaft or add shims. OME has a spacer kit for ~$15 or so. I have one now with an added washer, but still have the vibes. Going to try to make a slightly larger spacer to help. If not, I'll probably sell my separate kit, and just live with it

you have hangers or a shackle flip ? Shackle flip solved all my vibes. It lowers the rear spring mount putting a better angle on the drive shaft, at least thats my theory. My truck use to buck like a bronco at 20mph

I will be piecing it together. I have a compressor already. Found a 4 gallon tank on Amazon. Then just need to get some 3/8" air line, tank cutoff, and a button

    Oh, OK. Gotcha!

So, you basically could leave your compressor turned On a whole day without an issue. It will kick in only when needed, right?

I could, but I would use the compressor to fill the tank, and then use the tank until it reaches the low point on the switch.

Something like this. I need to figure out how to wire it in.
