    No. They never made one specifically for switch pro. But there are blank plates with no cutout you can use for switch pro.

    All pelfrey items the price you see is the price you pay shipped . The states not included in the free freight shipping is Alaska, Florida and Hawaii we will have to charge more for those locations due to those lines being very expensive. There is also no lift gate service added with free freight. You are responsible for offloading the pallet so shipping to a business is your best bet if you dont want to man handle a bumper off the back of a semi.

    The small flat rate USPS stuff is all 50 states.

    Were not doing international shipping.
