15 inch tires for 2003 Tacoma 4x2

I currently have the stock size 205/75/15's on my truck and need a new set of shoes. I was super bummed to find out Costco cannot help me. I have been in the car business for a long time and have had sets of Costco Michelins mounted on my cars for over twenty years. Value, and service are hard to beat.

With that said they do not offer the 15 for this car only the 16 inch sizes. I am not looking to get new wheels. I am looking at the Michelin Defender 215's. Has anyone gone this route? Other suggestions.
