Does it occur while accelerating, decelerating, or cruising under power?

I have a vibe at around 1900 rpms at cruising speed which I think depends on a specific gear because it doesn’t do it all the time. I notice it primarily when engine braking.

OP, Have you checked your carrier bearing? I had a very specific and rhythmic vibe that aligning and dropping my CB eliminated.

Like Lt. Dangle said, did you drop the carrier bearing?

Yah that’s what I’m thinking. It’s just during cruising at 40 mph as if the gear isn’t perfectly round, like ever so slightly off round...sounds weird I know.

I don’t have a CB spacer, but now that you mention it, it’s worth dropping it and then re aligning it back to the stock location. I refuse to use CB drop spacers because my driveline working angles are 0.2 degrees off from each other and dropping the CB would ruin more than it would help and is technically a last resort
