If you find something would you please let me know? I am looking for something like an extension cable that I could splice into rather then my stock wiring.

PM’d @DaveInDenver for help but anyones help is appreciated. Trying to do the same thing as the OP so that I can plug aftermarket led tag lights ito my factory harness I have a 2018 OR and the plug and socket are different than the OP’s here is a pic of my bulb socket below. Trying to find housing and wires that mimic the bulb socket with wires coming out. Bulb socket has molex printed on one side and 35341 and a 4 below that on the other.

Correct. I need a to find the housing and wires just like the bulb socket so I can plug it into my factory tag light plug.

Why not just cut that off and attach new wires to there then?

I hate to cut into the factory harness but may not have a choice. Going to try and de-pin the factory plug and see if the pins fit the 2nd gen plug body. If that works I have the anther side of the plug and wires referenced by @DaveInDenver

I am about 60% sure that it goes truck harness>connector>2 fooot harness> connector> light socket. If so, you wouldn't be cutting off the truck harness. You would be cutting the 2 foot harness. Besides that, anything can be put back together with solder and heat shrink.

I haven't really gotten anywhere with this. I don't have a new enough FSM and EWD to reference. Still working on it, though nothing to offer.

That’s for the gen 2 the OP was asking about and not my post. The pics I took are of a different plug from a 3rd gen ( see my pics above). Posted here hoping someone had run across the plug in their research for the original OP

My best guess for the 3rd gen is the connector in the harness is 90980–10474 and the pigtails are 82998-12270 (160mm) or 82998-12600 (500mm).

That may mate to connector 90980–10665 and pigtail 82998-12260, which may be the side that mimics the bulb housing.

Trying to find good photos of either of these two housings on the Interwebz.

Yep tried the 90980-10665 with no luck at my dealer. Thanks to everyone for trying to help. May have to try another route or just splice to existing harness. If anyone comes across the info hit me up on a PM. Thanks again.

I'm fairly certain about 90980-10474, sure looks like it.
