2019 TRD Off Road

is there anyone in the Seattle / Tacoma are that knows how to install the TRD Pro grill with the raptor style lights that would be willing to help me install mine? I know it's easy but I'm not mechanicly inclined and would really want some help.
Thanks for reading my post.
By the way it's a 2019 with the sensor.
