    Thinking about trading my 2017 OR for a model 3. As much as I love the truck, the gas mileage is starting to wear on me. 15-16 MPG vs free with the Tesla (have free charging at work!)

    My own personal opinion is the Tesla 3 is a weenie mobile. Too little, too plain and reminds me of a Saturn. To me the Model S is the only Tesla I'd own. Even the X looks like a funeral car.

    I don't understand why people buy expensive vehicles then complain about known gas mileage. If you can afford a 35k truck then how is gas a big deal? Gas is such a small expense compared to the truck.

    If you buy an expensive Tesla, you'll probably have other costs too.

    If you want cheap, a Prius c is around what... 15k? Those get close to 50 mpg.

    I had an electric car when I was like.....6 years old. Even back then the batteries died. Ive seen plenty of Tacomas go over 300k miles. Not sure a plugin car can do that.

    I just came here for the hilariousness that is the 3rd gen subforum.

    I hope if anyone traded their Taco for a Tesla that they ELECTRON Tacos by blocking the gas pump like trucks like to "ICE" Teslas by parking in the supercharger spots.
