let's see who is up to risk their truck, damages most likely are unavoidable, and they say that place in the winter requires minimum 35s.

Hey guys, I did my taxes yesterday and I'm getting a little back so I'm looking to get some bolt on sliders. What do you guys think of these 3?

    SOS - http://sosoffroadconcepts.com/2016-tacoma-100-bolt-on-sliders/
    RRW - https://www.***********************...2016-2019-rock-sliders?variant=15405463797842
    White Knuckle - https://white-knuckleoffroad.com/product/toyota-tacoma-1995-2018-rock-sliders/

I've heard of SOS, and the White Knuckle ones look like they're well made, but I don't know anything about RRW's sliders. I'm trying to stick to a small budget, while protecting my truck and giving my wife a step to get into it.

I'll likely have them shipped to my Sister in Detroit to save on shipping etc.

    Thanks.

I have only heard of SOS but they all look good. Not much help I know. Biggest thing is connections and bracing/gusseting. The more the better. I know @Joe23 and @Norilsk have mobtown ordered from ct motorsports Sauga. Evgeny has used his as a lifting point and in general beat the shit out of them. May be a good comparable for constructions or a whole other option

I talked to CT Motorsports and they suggested RCI, but the price is $300 more.

The RRWs are the least expensive, but they look like the weakest to me.

This that and the other thing.
I say SOS or Mobtown. im going Mobtown cuz they seem beefy as hell haha I can get you a coupon code for 10% off SOS

EDIT: also if you truly want the wife to be able to use it as a step, might want to consider getting made with 0* angle. I know if you talk to Eddy at SOS he will be more then accommodating

Theyre pretty decent, can get tight in a couple spots
They’ve been back there with a excavator to make it more doable for “stock” jeeps
I dont know about winter though ive been holding off till i have a winch

For refernce my truck is on billies and 285’s and done every green trail , R3 , did rayzor but knocked out my alignment trying to send it with no lockers and the first half of silver but pushed my exhaust into my box side while getting hung up sliding off a shelf all before lunch. Then went and ran scotch line.
Never done bronco because its just a mud hole and waiting on a winch for gabrielle.

Yeah thats what they were going for when they built it. Its pretty interesting to see some guy with a stock jk and a fully built buggy right next to him lol

And theres a bunch of trails close by so its even a good base camp

Thanks, do you know where I can I find the coupon code for RCI?

I've been leaning towards SOS. If you could share the 10% coupon for SOS that would be awesome. I'll email SOS and ask about setting the angle at 0* to 5*.

    Thanks.
