    For my next project, I'd like to clean up the engine bay and make a nice relay panel. I've looked at several ready made ones and none seem to fit what I'm looking for. This led me to look into making my own.

    I'm leaning towards just getting a PowerTray and installing what I need for the following equipment:
    1. Bumper LED bar
    2. Ditch Lights
    3. Front Camera
    4. Rear Camera
    So long story short, I sketched a schematic of the plate. I was hoping to get some feedback as far as wiring routes and placement of switches, routers, fuses, etc.

    Looks pretty good, only feedback I have would be to fuse each accessory independently. Would make future isolation or troubleshooting much easier.

    Agreed. Plus the you can run much lower cost wire.

    I have three main feeds off the battery.
    One to an under hood box with all the exterior light relays and the under hood compressor. The second feeds my interior accessories. The last is a direct connection to my ham radio to isolate it better.

    Every load circuit is fused from these feeds.

    The under hood box is attached to the lid if the main fuse box with the terminations bundled so it swings away to get at the fuse panel.
    I passed through the firewall in the main grommet behind the master cylinder.
    The interior connections are above the left foot and in the console panel. I bundle some slack to make fuse replacement easier.
    The base of the grill has good acces to run flexible conduit. I run the under hood wires driver side.
    I run an external heat insulated conduit down under the master cylinder and all the way to the rear of the frame along the brake lines to snake lighting and accessory power from my under hood junction box to the back and underneath. This is the coolest side as the muffler is passenger side.
    There is a second grommet midway back under the rear seat you can bring cables into the cab from the rear/bed.
    Inside the cab I fish along the headliner and the A B and C pillars with a panel tool to hide cables.
    I also disassembled the console to run lines to and through it.
    I have:
    Spots and beams and raptors and backup and roll bar lights. Front camera, front and rear dash cam, a ham and CB and scanner and radar detector and three additional power ports. None of it can you see the cables other than the final dongles.
