Hey guys, I'm coming back to SA in a couple weeks to spend some time with my son. Does anyone have any suggestions for places in the area where we can go do some very mild wheeling? I'm teaching him to drive and would like to let him get a small taste of some off-road fun.

    TIA

A little something every chance we get.
I can believe it, and I go to GREAT PAINS to have everything I THINK I could POSSIBLY need on the ground when I get down there. Honest, my knees work, but I just don't bend right trying to get up. So, I try to maximize my time in each plane.

Yep, "not Toyota" rectangles. Not a kit. Building my own Zener regulated USB cord array to go in the front garage opener panel, with circuit board, and usb drops from top front and back for camera, Garmin, and rear if used. Yep. That's fun for me.

Lol I hear ya. I've since resorted to shoving a complete set of sockets and pliers and whatever else under the truck before I begin.

Electrical projects are a love/hate for me. I've got one. Last. BIG. Electrical project to take on. It'll be a few aux lights, the ADD override, back-up camera anytime, and a few others. I was hoping to get one of Iggy's panels but it doesn't look like there will be any more for manual Taco's again. I'm just going to order the overhead panel from Meso. Pulling the headliner should be interesting.

    Dry and dusty, perfectly tame.

If I'm not in Moab or working I'm up for another HF run if you're up for it @Apollo14. About the only places I hit up around here are probably places I shouldn't. I'm just out looking for my dog, he likes trails. If anyone asks...

OUCH! More than I'd like, but I'm not as overboard as you.yo I am fairly competent electrical, but I never have "schematics" worth a darn with new Toyo. so, I stay with safe old habits. I will pull one new ACC wire up to the overhead for my project. Toyo switches won't fit, and current draw is minimum for these things.....

Was talking with Matt about a BBQ, Pool, Wiring party for us and spouses this summerish when garage gets useful. You're patient, maybe we can add you to the fun. I have lots of electrical doo dads, you just need your specialty! And maybe wire. Hit me up if interested!
