My apologies...looked closer and see whats going on now...you have more arch in aaf and bolt wont go through.
I would build the leaf pack off t
Of the truck using a longer bolt, sinch together with mechanics wire or heavy zipties, then release bolt and install stock bolt. Undo zip ties and reattach leaf pack.

Alright, for those interested, I finished up the install and took it for a drive around the block, seems to be doing okay. Alignment scheduled for tomorrow. In order to get the leaves aligned, I loosened the rear leaf hanger and from there the leaves are pretty free to move around. Lined up stock leaves with screwdriver, clamped, and inserted the AAL. I occasionally lifted the rear end of the whole leaf pack to try and align everything together, and to get the longer centering pin underneath everything. Clamped the stock and AAL leaves together and tightened everything back up. So thanks to everyone who helped out! Even those peeps that told me I was doing it wrong :) you’re appreciated too.

Set up is 5100’s front and rear, 4th notch, taco lean spacer, and headstrong 3aal in the back. Scs f5 wheels with ko2’s

    Looks good:thumbsup:
By the look of your first pics it looked like it was in place just backwards. We are internet mechanics here. Hard to give advice with half the facts.

Not blaming you at all I understand the panic and frustration when shit ain't going right or as simple as some one else makes it out to be.
Remember we arent there by your side, so we throw shit against the wall and see what sticks.:D:crapstorm:

    It looks awesome!

This is the setup I’m leaning towards. A couple quick questions, did you leave your overload leaf in with the new 3 leaf pack, and what size tires are those? I thought you didn’t need the lean spacer on stock coils since they account for lean already. Did your truck lean prior to the lift?

I’m curious to hear about your ride quality after you get it aligned and put a few miles on it. Looks great!
