Just hit 30k and recently I’ve been noticing my seat when sudden braking (stop and go traffic) or sometimes accelerating my driver seat moves slightly forward/backward depending on braking or accelerating. Anyone else have this problem? And a solution? Or should I take it to the dealership.

I experience it in my 2nd gen driver seat as well under hard acceleration. It's really annoying but these seats are incredibly tough and well made. There is nothing wrong with it. It's just natural slop in the seat rail assembly.

Take it in. Could be slop, but there shouldnt be slop. That possibly points to a loose bolt somewhere, either in the rail mount or something in the ratcheting mechanism.
