KBVoodoo rack issue

That's a pretty poor response from the vendor. I wouldn't accept that either. They should either send a replacement rack that was actually QC'd, or return it for a refund.

 

Please post pics of the other defects.

Regarding the scratched part, we can replace that.

If you receive a product that is damaged and you paid with a credit card, you can open a dispute with the cc company. If you’ve already tried and failed to resolve directly with the seller that’s the appropriate action.

 

Nobody Google “KB Voodoo Rust.”

There definitely isn’t anything to see, and no multiple forums or Amazon reviews that echo the same issues we’ve all seen, or jokes about how it’s good stuff “as long as you only want it to look good for 3 weeks.”

I had my CBI skids done locally. I picked them up off the hangers myself.. and they were flawless. Something is very wrong in the above process.
