Anyone else experience a glitch on their Tacoma when tapping the footrest? So from what I briefly remember my 2019 Tacoma TRD OR came with an aftermarket alarm preinstalled to detect impact break-ins (like people banging on your door or something...idk) and one thing I noticed was when let’s say you pull up and park and shut the truck off but still remain inside the car and then wait a little bit then tap the footrest the center lcd displays the ‘door unlocked’ symbol or animation. Is this normal? Is this due to that aftermarket alarm system? Am I losing it? Try it yourselves.
