    so....

I got my sliders (sos customs taxman sale), I ordered my suspension (6112/5160 w/AAL pack. Now I’m having trouble what I should spend my remaining $$$ on?

Part of me wants to get UCAs so I have them and don’t need to sweat alignment issues. The other part of me thinks I should go functional and replace some skids. Then, there is katzkin and the fact that I would love to have leather seats.

Just curious on opinions, but my gut tells me to buy UCAs but I’m not sure if I’ve just read too much on the subject. Ha!

Finish the suspension and then move on.

Depends on how high you are lifting, and don't forget the Needle Bearing from ECGS while your doing the lift.

Going 2”. Sounds like my gut instinct of UCAs makes the most sense.

Needle bearings are definitely going to happen, but I’m wondering if there is a specific part number for the needle bearing I should use, as I saw different sizes on the website and was t sure where to go.

Is that the STD version. Wasn’t sure if I needed STD vs HD but those, to me, look like the STD version.

    Thanks for sharing

Go UCAs so you can finish one component group before moving to another. Clamshell bushing as well while you have everything apart.

ECGS makes it real simple for which one:

Standard you should never need the HD unless you are jumping the truck

Thanks. UCAs and ecgs in order. Looks like my suspension kit is just about complete.

It's never complete, I have been riding around in OME 887's on 5100's since 2015. And in the Spring these bad boys are going on.

So when it's all said and done, I spent quite a bit more than I imagined, but I also learned a lot through research over the last few weeks, and I feel good about my suspension overall. I appreciate the help from this forum too, as the input and knowledge from others was tremendously helpful, even though it was all a bit overwhelming at first. Thanks

Agreed here. I would finish the suspension and then move on to the next thing. I just finished doing all this and I am glad I did.

Decision made, stuff ordered. Should have everything I need for suspension (for the time being)

I actually got the truck through work, but I’m paying for my own mods, however, I can expense new tires so I may go to 275/70/17 from the 265/70/17 I have now. Still tbd
