With all the negative service center experiences posted on TW, I wasn’t expecting too much satisfaction from my local dealership. That assumption was totally defuncted this morning when I visited my dealership for the Master Brake Cylinder recall/replacement. Upon settling down inside with my courtesy coffee and donut in front of three wide screen TV’s, I was met with the service writer again. He advised me that the front alignment was slightly out of specs, and asked if I had time to wait an additional 45 minutes so the tech can align the front and rear suspension. I’m thinking wow, only 1292 miles and the truck is out of alignment? I didn’t notice any pull/push at all, and the truck tracked just fine... however, I had the time available, so why not I thought. Total 1 hour and 45 minutes from arrival, R&R MBC, front/rear alignment, and truck washed... including coffee and two donuts for no charge, excellent service.
