My son found and bought a 2018 new Tacoma quad cab with a Rocky Ridge K2 kit on it. Beautiful truck, in my opinion. As part of the K2 upgrade, the truck is fitted with 35X12.50R20LT tires.
He's all about doing some mods. I can only imagine if he ever needs to use the factory sized spare!
He is planning on adding a hard tonneau cover, and possibly an aftermarket rear bumper.

If you have a similar set-up and have a full sized spare, please post pictures showing how/where you mounted this spare. I can see throwing it into the bed and leaving it there, but also understand that this eats up space.

    Thanks in advance!

in the bed keeps the weight where it belongs. ratchet strap it down to aftermarket anchors and lock it.
