I am adding a cap to my my 17 sport access cab and I tow a 2800lb boat 4 months a year all over New England. Just judging by the snow that gets on the tonneau cover and crap underneath my rear end sags. I was fine for towing for 2 years but will be adding a 200 lb cap.

I already have installed the Readylift leveling kit and my plan was installing leaf kit OME Dakar Not sure if I need the medium or the heavy . Any insight would be great. Thanks

Medium duty Dakar would be a good option but you will need new shocks to accommodate the lift. you could also do sumo springs if not listed

After I put just cap on I lost 1/2” in the rear. You’re gonna need The springs
