Softopper help!

So I recently purchased a used Softopper that was "supposedly" installed on a 2010 Tacoma DCSB. I own a 2016 DCSB and know the fitment is slightly off from 2nd to 3rd gens but most people say it's negligible (along with Softopper support). I called Softopper.com (awesome customer support btw) and after talking they think the awning belonged to a 2004 Nissan and that it's too short for a Tacoma. I only have the awning, no bed rails or anything and the seller swears it was on a 2010 Taco. I'm wondering if anyone here who has a Softopper for a 3rd Gen Tacoma would be down to test fit this awning on their bed rails before I just purchase a new one through them and toss this one. I'd love you forever and could throw $20 your way or buy you a beer or something... Let me know! (should only take a few minutes to do this)

Sorry lol The entire canvas top and the frame for it is what I have.
However, I just found a deal on a gray softopper in Vegas area for $400 that fits a 2016, so I'm going to pick that up tomorrow!
