    255/80r17 Wheels and Lift
Hey guys, just looking for some insight. I bought the BF Goodrich skinny 33s (255/80r/17), and I bought the American Racing baja 172 wheels, (17x8 no offset). I bought an add-a-leaf for the back (2") and bought a spacer lift (2.5") for the front. I know the "will it fit" question gets old, but I'm a bit nervous now that I've got everything and the money spent. Any info or insight would be great. Thanks guys!

You’ll be grand, you may have to flatten the lower section of the pinch weld at the back of the front wheel wells. If it does rub after that’s done then check the front inside corners of the bumper skin and below that pinch weld at the cab mount where the cab bolts to the frame. Many of us have chopped the face of it off to get it out of the way. Sounds a little sketchy but it’s quite common. Many will have a local welder weld a flat plate in to replace the rounded stamped bit that was removed.

And one more thing, welcome to TacomaWorld.

I should've mentioned that I have a 17' sport as well, but hopefully that doesnt matter. Thanks for the welcome, and the response, hopefully it goes smoothly. This is my first modification.
