My good friend recruited me away from a good gig to work for his growing business. Part of my negotiations included an all expense paid vehicle that I could mod at my own expense. I didn’t go crazy but I got the vehicle I wanted. It’s the dairy industry so driving an economical Honda Fit wasn’t a good “fit” In the industry haha. A fair trade for all the hours he’s getting out of me.

I would say skids. You don’t need UCA’s as you can adjust height accordingly. You got sliders. That protects your doors. If you off-road places that need sliders you will need skids too IMHO. RCI is having a tax sale still I think.

That’s cool about having a nice “work” truck. Probably need a miller welder/generator in the bed work any misc. work too.

I ended up just going with the UCAs so I have them and if I decide to lift a little more then I don't have to worry about it.

My birthday is coming up in April and I never really ask or want presents, so I am going to pitch the skid-plate idea to my wife to see if she will go for it. If not a full skid set-up I see at least replacing the OEM skid with something a bit more robust.

True. Probably poor semantics on my part. Either way, I've been convinced, they are on order and will (hopefully) be installed this weekend.

I would suggest the @SOS CONCEPTS full set up. It covers a little more than others and is at a better price point than most of em.

I went with JBA for the UCAs I also am not opposed to going with SOS on the skids as I ordered their sliders and they should be here this week!

Nice! I don’t know much and basing a lot off of the suggestions and reviews from here. So far, I haven’t been disappointed.

Those JBAs seem like the best option, atleast for me
