Ok....so the USPS folks were a bit off but got it the very next day!

    Thanks AJ!

I won't have time to install until late tomorrow or Saturday but let me say this.

    Packaging and communication was great!

I'll get it all up and running soon and will be sure to post pics. I will tell you all this....the quality looks AWESOME!

Ill probably do the Platidip or Heat/shrink wrap on the silver portions of the ball adapters for a blackout look.

    Thanks again AJ!

No but I will be installing a HAM radio faceplate. Once I get the DMM and figure out my HAM setup I'll be sure to put up pics

I finally got around to ordering the extra parts to mount my tablet.

    Resized_20190302_112821.jpg

    Resized_20190302_112912.jpg

I flip the phone around from portrait to landscape depending on my needs.

The phone mount is the choetech wireless charging one mention earlier in the thread. And works through my otterbox defender case

    Resized_20190302_112942.jpg

The ram mount for the tablet is on a double arm mount, this let's me place the tablet close to the same area as the factory head unit.

This looks great. Are the folks who ordered and installed it still loving theirs? Might have to get on board!

This one of those things that are so clean and elegant that the factory needs to license this from the OP and use it as a factory option.

There are two little mods that still leave a smile on my face. This one and the Gasshole. Both are simple and functional. They do what they're intended for and do it well. I bought mine early on and haven't had a single problem with it. AJ has made little updates since then for minor improvement.

Go and price some similar options and also compare their functionality. YoullY be back here clicking on buy it now. We'll wait.

I don't like having wires dangling over my dash / instrument panel. I wanted yet another power source (both USB and lighter socket) besides the one in the center console. (I'll also add a USB outlet to the "Lower 7 Switch Panel" from Meso once I get it installed.) So I attached this to my DMM. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ACD3FS8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It was not a perfect alignment between the power source mount holes and the DMM holes, so I elongated the plastic power source holes. I also drilled a hole straight down through the DMM to provide a path for the wires. This hole is hidden by the power source itself.
    ,
I did black out the chrome ring around the socket and both bolt heads. (I'll be replacing those bolts for flat heads once I get couple. These I had on-hand.)
I also have to find SHORT cords now.

I tried a couple other phone mounts before I got this, definitely worth it.

I spent a lot of money on different phone mounts, but i was not happy any of them. I did the DMM and never looked back. This is probably one of my favorite interior mods along with the stereo knobs from @Tacowiede.

Yup, I agree with everyone else that has commented here. This is hands down the best phone mount designed for our trucks!

Subscribed! I have the DMM mount but I'm not certain which holder I will need. I plan to purchase and mount the detachable faceplate for the Kenwood V71a to the DMM.

TW021910 is still working for me; just placed my order! Been waiting months to get this. I have an old Galaxy S5 that needs upgrading...thinking about the S10 so I'll need a wireless charger mount to match. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CXV4RXQ?th=1 seems perfect. I like Scosche. I've got time to figure out how to power it. There's a lot of good paths mentioned by various people in this thread.

Sorry gents, I suppose this is somewhere if I dig...

    2 quick questions:

    1. Using the Perfect Squeeze and my Blackberry, together weighing in at just under 14 ounces/396 grams, any reason to go with a composite vs. metal arm?

    2. What length arm usually works best for the DMM to mount a phone? I'm hoping to mount the phone so it sits lower towards the dash, closer to the steering wheel.

Having only ever used metal arms for heavier applications, I have no real reference point. Just wondering whether the DMM works better with one or the other..

Now patiently awaiting the DMM in the mail...thankfully Canada Post is back at work and the backlog seems to have cleared up...
