Locker issues

I've complained about Toyota Of Grand Rapids multiple times after buying my truck from them. Trying to charge me for recall work (crank sensor), trying to charge for covered TSB (transmission), charging for oil changes not performed, and not providing an alignmemt as I don't have factory tires. I usually go to Kool Toyota, but due to what I presumed was warranty work went to selling dealer. Not any more.

 

If you complaimed about them in the past... they know it and are less likely to actually help you.

 

You can go to ANY Toyota dealer for factory warranty work...

Honest question..... really?? Did you just think they were obligated to help you??

 

I do my job the best that I can and take all kinds of criticisms and use it to improve myself and my team. I expect others to be peofessional as well.

So true man. You'll get so much further in life in general, if u just play it cool and talk to people like they're humans. Be firm but not a dick. It helps of u know what you're talking about and challenge em to a little mental chess match too.

 

I did that the first time and the second time I talked to facility manager about it. He offered free oil changes and a written appology. Yhen third time they proved a pattern. So I went to the other dealer who took excellent care of me. I think I will call them about the warranty work.
